Sunday Night Nutrition Tip

According to Fitness Trainer, Michelle Blake, Cut out all processed foods (anything from a box or package). For exp., chips, crackers, candy, cookies.  If your food doesn't come from the ground or have a birth mother than you shouldn't eat it! Packaged foods tend to be high in sodium, which causes the body to retain water. You will be amazed at how much weight you can lose simply by decreasing your sodium consumption from processed foods.
